Six RevOps agencies serving B2B SaaS, what each one is actually built to do, and how to tell which shape you need. Written by one of them, with the bias stated up front.

RevenueHoop is a B2B RevOps and GTM engineering agency for US SaaS companies, so treat this as a comparison written from inside the category rather than above it. Every claim about another firm below comes from that firm's own site or a public profile, checked in September 2026, and is cited at the end of its section. Where a firm does not publish pricing, we say so instead of guessing.

"RevOps agency" describes at least four different businesses

The label is doing too much work. Under one term sit CRM implementation shops, Salesforce engineering consultancies, revenue methodology and training firms, and GTM engineering teams that build signal and automation infrastructure. They sell to different buyers, are staffed differently and are measured differently. Buying the wrong shape is the most common expensive mistake in this category.

    A rough sort:

    • Platform implementation. Get HubSpot or Salesforce stood up correctly, fast, with the objects and reporting a revenue team needs.
    • Systems architecture and managed services. Own the data model, integrations, governance and quote-to-cash across a mid-market or enterprise stack.
    • Methodology and enablement. Install a shared operating language and train the revenue org in it.
    • GTM engineering. Build the signal, enrichment, research and outbound layer that runs on top of the CRM, and keep building as the tooling changes.

Most companies think they are buying the first and actually need the second or fourth.

    RevPartners

    • Shape: HubSpot-centred implementation plus an ongoing RevOps service
    • Runs: CRM implementation and migration, custom API integrations, programmable automation, revenue and performance reporting, training and adoption
    • Pricing: Unusually transparent for this category. Hub onboarding starts at $1,500–$3,000, and RevOps as a Service is tiered by hours per week, the entry tier listed at $9,850 a month on a six-month initial term, with a $5,000 one-time onboarding fee
    • Proof: Elite HubSpot Solutions Partner with a 5.0 rating across 484 reviews on the HubSpot marketplace, and states it is the only agency holding Elite accreditations with both HubSpot and Clay

Strengths: The published rate card removes the discovery-call pricing dance, and the tiered hours model makes budgeting predictable. Deep HubSpot accreditation across implementation, integration, data migration and solutions architecture.

Considerations: The centre of gravity is HubSpot. If your source of truth is Salesforce with heavy CPQ, or your problem is the signal layer rather than the CRM itself, that pull matters. Hours-per-week tiers reward steady maintenance work more than bursts of engineering.

    Go Nimbly

    • Shape: RevOps consultancy focused on architecture across the whole revenue technology stack
    • Runs: Systems of record, integrations and iPaaS middleware, engagement and execution tooling, revenue intelligence, and AI orchestration; build-versus-buy strategy and stack audits; identity resolution, governance and data quality
    • Pricing: Not published. Engagements begin with a planning phase described as 8–12 weeks
    • Proof: Founded 2013, headquartered in San Francisco, roughly 122 people across nine countries per its public LinkedIn profile; published customer stories with Intercom, Superhuman and Culture Amp

Strengths: One of the few firms that treats architecture and governance as the product rather than a preamble to tool configuration. Strong fit when the honest diagnosis is that nothing downstream can be trusted until identity resolution and integrations are fixed.

Considerations: The planning phase is a strength for teams that need the data model and governance fixed before adding more tools. Best fit when you want architecture done once rather than rebuilt every year.

    OpFocus

    • Shape: Salesforce and GTM tech stack consultancy for SaaS, with an ongoing managed-services arm
    • Runs: Salesforce implementation and development, CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced, data foundations and hygiene, buying groups, marketing foundations across HubSpot and Marketo, acquisition integration, AI agent strategy, GTM advisory and staff augmentation
    • Pricing: Salesforce managed services stated as starting at $10K a month
    • Proof: Positions specifically around SaaS growth stages, with published customer commentary on managed services and roadmap work

Strengths: Genuine depth where SaaS complexity actually concentrates: quoting, pricing, renewals and the data model underneath them. The managed-services bench covers roles most companies cannot justify hiring individually.

Considerations: Salesforce-weighted. If you run HubSpot end to end, much of the specialist strength does not apply, and quote-to-cash depth is not the same skill as building buyer-signal infrastructure.

    Winning by Design

    • Shape: Revenue architecture, methodology and training rather than systems implementation
    • Runs: Revenue Architecture as a six-model operating system covering revenue, data, mathematical, operating, growth and GTM models; the Bowtie data model in place of funnel thinking; live instructor-led courses and design engagements
    • Pricing: Course-based training and consulting engagements; no single published rate
    • Proof: States 25,000+ professionals trained on Revenue Architecture concepts and 1,000+ companies served, with the flagship course rated 4.8/5 by 750+ customers

Strengths: The strongest option when the real problem is that marketing, sales, customer success and RevOps are each measuring something different. Shared language and a shared data model are prerequisites for any system build, and few firms install them as rigorously.

Considerations: Training and design are not implementation. Nobody from Winning by Design is going to deduplicate your CRM or wire your enrichment waterfall, and a framework installed without an engineering follow-through decays quickly.

    Iceberg

    • Shape: Embedded sales and marketing operations team, offered full-service or fractional
    • Runs: Two engagement models. A full-service growth partnership where Iceberg owns strategy and execution end to end, and on-demand ops expertise supplying senior specialists in systems architecture, automation and data strategy alongside an in-house team
    • Pricing: Not published; positioned as a fraction of in-house cost
    • Proof: Founded 2018, headquartered in Austin with a San Francisco office, roughly 63 people per its public LinkedIn profile

Strengths: The clearest answer for a growth-stage company that needs a whole ops function rather than a project. The fractional model is honest about the common case where you need two specialists for six weeks, not a team for a year.

Considerations: Breadth across sales and marketing ops is not the same as depth in GTM engineering. If the work is building intent signals and agent-driven research, ask specifically who has shipped that and how recently.

    RevenueHoop

Our own entry, stated plainly so you can discount it as you see fit.

    • Shape: RevOps plus GTM engineering, in one team
    • Runs: Marketing and sales operations, including deduplication, enrichment and integrating the rest of the stack with the CRM; GTM engineering for buying signals; automated account and contact research inside the CRM; outbound automation and a standing experiment programme; embedded GTM engineers; context graphs so the knowledge survives turnover
    • Platform depth: Deep investment in Clay, ZoomInfo GTM Studio and Claude, working across HubSpot, Salesforce and the wider stack
    • Pricing: Scoped per engagement, as either a fixed-scope build or an ongoing retainer
    • Proof: Supports revenue teams at companies including Brex, Webflow and Strava, with client relationships measured in years and no churn attributable to quality of work

Strengths: The signal and automation layer is the core competence rather than an add-on to CRM configuration, and keeping pace with tooling that changes every quarter is the job description rather than a side project. We build inside your environment and document as we ship, so the system stays yours.

Considerations: We do not publish a rate card, which is a fair thing to hold against us. If your problem is purely a HubSpot go-live, a specialist implementation partner will be faster and cheaper. If you already have a Head of RevOps and two operators and the systems are sound, you likely need a hire rather than an agency.

How to choose between them in one pass

    • Nothing is stood up yet. Start with a platform implementation specialist and a published rate card.
    • Reporting contradicts itself and integrations break silently. That is an architecture and governance problem. Fix the data model before buying anything else.
    • Every team measures something different. Install a methodology first, then build against it.
    • Systems work, pipeline does not. That is GTM engineering: signals, research, routing and outbound on top of a CRM that is already trustworthy.
    • You need an ops function, not a project. Buy an embedded team, then hire internally against the working system.

Two questions worth asking every firm on any shortlist. Who specifically will be in our environment, and will they still be there in month six? And what happens to everything you build if we stop working together in a year? The answers separate agencies fast.

    Where we fit

Four of the firms above will get your platform stood up, your architecture governed, or your team speaking one language. We build the layer that runs on top: the signals that tell you a buyer is ready, the research that lands before the call, and the outbound that acts on both, inside your architecture and documented as we ship.

    Questions

    Frequently asked questions

A RevOps agency designs, builds and runs the systems that revenue depends on: CRM architecture and data model, deduplication and enrichment, integrations between the tools in the stack, lead routing, reporting, and increasingly the signal and outbound layer built on top. Some firms only advise, some only implement one platform, and some, RevenueHoop included, build and then keep running the system inside the client's own environment.

Published pricing is rare. RevPartners lists HubSpot onboarding from $1,500 to $3,000 and RevOps as a Service tiers starting at $9,850 a month on a six-month initial term. OpFocus states Salesforce managed services from $10K a month. Go Nimbly, Iceberg and RevenueHoop scope per engagement and do not publish rates. As a planning figure, an ongoing engagement at a serious firm sits in the five figures per month, which is comparable to the all-in cost of one senior in-house hire.

At Series A and B, usually outsource first and insource later. An agency ships the system with people who have built it dozens of times, and you then hire against a working system, so the job description is specific instead of aspirational. Once you have a Head of RevOps and two operators and the systems are sound, the next hire is normally better internal.

RevOps owns the system of record and the process around it: data model, hygiene, routing, reporting, forecasting. GTM engineering builds on top of that, turning buying signals into action through enrichment, research automation, agents and outbound. A CRM you cannot trust makes GTM engineering pointless, and a trustworthy CRM with no signal layer leaves pipeline on the table. RevenueHoop does both.

Ask which firms have engineers building in Clay every week rather than holding a badge. RevPartners states it holds Elite accreditations with both HubSpot and Clay. RevenueHoop invests deeply in Clay alongside ZoomInfo GTM Studio and Claude, and builds Clay tables, waterfalls, signals and CRM writeback as core work rather than an add-on.

Need the signal layer built, not just the CRM configured?

RevenueHoop is a B2B RevOps and GTM engineering agency for US SaaS companies. We build buying signals, enrichment, research and outbound inside your architecture, and document as we ship.
