Clay, built properly and then kept running

Clay is where most GTM teams start and where most of them stall. Tables get built, credits get burned, and nothing reaches the CRM in a shape a rep can act on. We build the whole path: signal in, enriched record out, campaign live, results reported.

    Plain English

    What Clay actually is

Clay is a data and workflow engine for go-to-market. It pulls company and contact data from more than a hundred providers, enriches it in waterfalls so you only pay for what you need, runs AI research over the result, and pushes the finished record into your CRM or sequencer. It replaces the spreadsheet, the six point solutions and the manual research hour. But only when someone engineers it end to end.

    What we build

    How we work with Clay

Built in your environment, under your account, documented as it ships.

    01

    Clay workflows & tables

Sourcing, waterfall enrichment, AI research columns, deduplication and conditional logic. Structured so a table is a system, not a one-off list. Credit usage is monitored and tuned every cycle.

    02

    Intent signals

Job changes, hiring posts, funding, tech installs, website visitors, product usage, LinkedIn and community activity. We define what counts as a buying signal for your motion, capture it, score it and route it the day it fires.

    03

    CRM enrichment

Two-way sync with HubSpot or Salesforce: fill the fields your reporting depends on, dedupe accounts and contacts, normalise firmographics, and keep it fresh on a schedule instead of a scramble before board week.

    04

    Outbound campaigns

Clay feeds sequencers (Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, Outreach) with personalised, deliverable messaging tied to the signal that triggered it. Copy, segmentation and testing included.

    05

    Research in the CRM

Automated account and contact briefs written into the record before the call, so the pre-call research hour goes back to selling.

    06

    Agents & AI columns

Claygent and AI columns for the research a human would otherwise do by hand: qualification checks, competitor detection, use-case fit, custom scoring.

    How we implement it

From audit to a system that keeps running

    01

    Audit & signal map

Two to three weeks. We look at your CRM, your current Clay workspace if you have one, and your best-fit closed-won accounts. Output: the signals worth chasing, the fields worth filling, and what it costs in credits.

    02

    Build

Tables, waterfalls, scoring and CRM sync built in your workspace under your account. Everything documented as it ships, so nothing depends on us being in the room.

    03

    Launch outbound

Sequences wired to the signals, deliverability checked, volume ramped. First campaigns live inside the build window rather than after it.

    04

    Run & improve

Ongoing: new signals, new segments, credit efficiency, and reporting against pipeline. Clay ships changes constantly; keeping up with them is our job.
