Frequently asked questions
It's a practitioner-curated directory of the RevOps, GTM, and AI tools we actually use and implement for clients. Every tool sits in one of 20 use-case-led categories, and each tool page carries our take, who it's best for, when not to use it, a comparison against real alternatives, and a verdict.
We include tools we've either implemented for a client, run internally, or evaluated properly during a stack build. If a tool has no real place in a modern GTM stack, it doesn't get a page — the directory is a shortlist, not an exhaustive index.
No. There are no affiliate links, paid placements, or sponsored rankings anywhere in the directory. Outbound links go straight to the vendor. That's why some pages tell you not to buy the tool.
We review the directory monthly and rewrite individual tool pages whenever pricing, packaging, or product direction changes materially. Each tool page shows when it was last updated.
Start from the category that matches the problem you're solving rather than the tool name you've heard of. Read the 'when not to use it' section before the pros — most stack mistakes come from buying a tool that's right for a company two stages ahead of you.
Yes. Use the request form on this page and tell us which tool and category you'd like covered. We prioritise requests we can evaluate with real client data.
