Effective date: 30 September 2026 Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between RevenueHoop LLC ("RevenueHoop", "we", "us") and you ("you", "User") governing your use of the RevenueHoop Financial Dashboard (the "Software").
By installing, accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install, access or use the Software.
2. The Software
The Software is a private, internal financial reporting tool. It connects to a QuickBooks Online company file that you authorise, reads accounting data from it, and presents summarised financial reporting — revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, margins and related breakdowns.
The Software is not a public service, is not offered for sale, and is not made available to the general public.
3. Licence grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, RevenueHoop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software solely for internal business purposes within your organisation.
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- distribute, sublicense, sell, rent, lease or otherwise make the Software available to any third party;
- use the Software to access any QuickBooks Online company you are not authorised to access;
- remove or obscure any proprietary notices contained in the Software;
- use the Software in violation of any applicable law, or in violation of Intuit's terms of service.
5. QuickBooks Online and third-party services
The Software integrates with QuickBooks Online, a service operated by Intuit Inc. ("Intuit"). Intuit is not a party to this Agreement.
Your use of QuickBooks Online is governed by your own agreement with Intuit. You are responsible for maintaining that relationship and for holding the rights necessary to authorise the Software to access your company data.
The Software reads data from QuickBooks Online. It does not create, modify or delete records in your QuickBooks company file. RevenueHoop is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or completeness of data provided by Intuit, nor for any change Intuit makes to its services or APIs.
6. Your data
You retain all rights in the financial data accessed through the Software. Our handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the underlying accounting records and for maintaining your own backups.
7. No financial, accounting or tax advice
The Software presents information derived from your accounting records. It does not provide financial, accounting, tax, investment or legal advice.
Figures presented by the Software, including any manually applied adjustments, are for internal management reporting only. They are not audited, are not a substitute for professional advice, and must not be relied upon for statutory reporting, tax filing or any regulatory purpose without independent verification by a qualified professional.
You are solely responsible for any decision taken on the basis of information presented by the Software.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
RevenueHoop does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the figures it presents will be free from inaccuracy.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REVENUEHOOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
10. Term and termination
This Agreement takes effect when you first use the Software and continues until terminated.
You may terminate at any time by disconnecting the QuickBooks integration and ceasing use of the Software. RevenueHoop may terminate this Agreement if you materially breach it.
On termination, the licence granted in Section 3 ends and you must cease all use of the Software. Sections 7, 8, 9 and 12 survive termination.
11. Changes
RevenueHoop may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Software after a change constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The courts of the State of Delaware, United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it.
